I’ve had a great experience with Ms. Shilpa. All my sessions with her have gone really good. She listens to everything I have to say, and helps me out and guides me really well. She’s an amazing therapist and i’ll definitely be seeing her for a while. I’ve seen amazing progress in the 2-3 months i’ve been seeing her.

Shilpa ji is a very patient listener ,very empathetic and sensitive too . At first , she let us speak, heard us out and understood us so perfectly . Her affirmations have done wonders and have been life changing for us ( my husband and I) The results were miraculous and we saw a change within 10 to 15 days of affirming . She gives you generous amounts of time to speak your mind and gives you simple and doable solutions to our complex issues . We continue to consult her for other concerns now and recommend Shilpa ji to all those who aspire to improve the quality of their lives.

I loved how she handled my extreme situation from the very first session. She is very professional and holds expertise on non-medical therapies. Doctor is an active listener and goes deep into one's personal issues and solves them all one by one. All the therapies and exercises Ma'am recommends works 100 percent if you dedicatedly work on it. Her way of conversation is very calm and soothing to the mind, and one can easily communicate with her without hesitation. Hi sometimes one gets stuck at a point in life with unwanted mental thoughts and related anxieties. This is my first session so obviously I can't expect any changes so far but I do feel the sessions will work. Patient needs to give the therapist time to understand our issues afterall its not magic.

Only after multiple sessions I can give full review but I do love that she's very friendly, kind and non judgemental. Opening up to her in first session did calm me down a bit.

Shilpa ma'am is patient and listens attentively, accordingly analyses the closest root cause of the issue. The exercises suggested by her most definitely work and help in keeping my anxiety at bay. Also she is really sweet and friendly which adds to the experience.
